  • Well-being masterclasses: Each month, we celebrate specific awareness days and this is the perfect opportunity to get your team together and provide education and tools on a specific topic

Coaching

Coaching is a co-creation process that helps clients quickly identify and overcome blind spots to success so they can unlock their potential and create a career and life on their own terms. It can be 121 sessions or group coaching sessions boosting collaboration and performance.

I also offer an onboarding package specially crafted for new joiners and a motherhood programme to support women through their pregnancy, maternity leave and return to work.

Key areas: values identification, goals setting, confidence, install new habits, time management, difficulty making decisions, life transition & money mindset.

Everything I do can be online or in-person (London based), 121 or group sessions. It is also possible to combine yoga & coaching depending on what you feel is the most appropriate for your team
